We know security systems don’t really protect us from intruders and armies don’t truly defend us from invaders. Vitamins, exercise and nutrition aren’t our ultimate defenses against sickness and disease. No, we trust in the Lord for our protection and safety. Through His Word, we bolster our faith in His desire and ability to protect us.  Yehovah God is our refuge!
