After the rebuilding of the wall around Jerusalem was completed, Ezra took out the (Torah) scroll to read before the entire assembly. “Ezra blessed the Lord, the great God Yehovah, and all the people answered, ‘Amen! Amen!’” (Neh. 8:6, CJB).
