In case you missed the big news last week, the United Nations officially denied any Jewish connection to the Temple Mount. According to UNESCO, the First Temple built by Solomon and the Second Temple built by Zerubabel (and expanded by Herod) never existed, and therefore the Jews have no connection to the Temple Mount. The Islamic religion (and now the UN) officially refer to the Temple Mount as “Al-Haram Al-Sharif”. Haram is the Arabic word for “no-go zone” for non-Muslims; it literally means “forbidden [to non-Muslims]”. The most famous Haram in the world is Mecca, an entire city where entrance is forbidden to non-Muslims. If it were up to the Muslims and the United Nations, Jews and Christians would be banned from the Temple Mount. Check out the new United Nations version of the Gospel of Matthew.
