The first report for the 4th New Moon Month, also known as Tammuz of the year 2017 came from the region of Paraguay on Saturday evening, June 24th followed by Guyana and points westward. For Israel-based observers, the Biblical 4th new moon was not sighted until Sunday evening, June 25th in the area of Jerusalem by Jerusalem Saints.
